"A trough of low pressure ahead of a cold front will likely bring showers and thunderstorms to the area Wednesday afternoon into the evening. Heavy downpours will be possible in stronger thunderstorms. Wednesday high temperatures slightly above normal in the upper 80s. Warm and humid conditions will persist into Thursday, with a chance of showers and thunderstorms before a cold front passes through Thursday night," according to the National Weather Service.
later wednesday, thunderstorms become likely and some could be strong to severe... heavy rain could lead to poor drainage/flash flooding concerns, and the wind could be damaging. in the region, we can't rule out an isolated tornado! pic.twitter.com/on2dCu5nAO
