GREENWICH, CT — Jersey Mike's Subs, a popular sandwich shop chain known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, is set to open its first Greenwich location on Dec. 18. To celebrate, franchise owners Troy Davidson and Brian O'Hagan will run a free sub fundraiser taking place from Wednesday, Dec. 18, to Sunday, Dec. 22, to support Make-A-Wish Connecticut.
The new restaurant, located at 1245 East Putnam Avenue, is circulating 7,500 coupons throughout the community, offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to the Make-A-Wish Connecticut, according to a prepared statement. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
"We are excited to share Jersey Mike's premium sub sandwiches with our hometown of Greenwich," Davidson said in a statement. "We invite everyone to come in and try one of our fresh sliced or fresh grilled subs — and help a great cause, Make-A-Wish Connecticut, during our grand-opening fundraiser."
