Lost Dog's Owner Sought In Greenwich

GREENWICH, CT — A woman is asking for help locating her dog, who pulled off her leash to chase a deer Tuesday afternoon at the north end of Mianus Park in Greenwich. According to Alison Barr, Izzy is a beagle mix, all white in color with black dots on her ears.

Izzy weighs approximately 40 pounds.

"She is a rescue dog from Texas and is very afraid of strangers," Barr said in an email to Patch. "No one should chase or approach her."

Anyone who spots Izzy is asked to note where they saw her and call Barr immediately at 917-535-9002.
