Timeline Of Heavy Rain, Wind For Sunday Released: CT Weather
The remnants of a tropical storm will hit CT Sunday, and some areas will get more than two inches of rain and 30-mph winds.

CONNECTICUT — The chance for rain increases during the overnight hours and the rain becomes very heavy during mid morning through the afternoon on Sunday in Connecticut. Some areas of the state may see more than two inches of rain before the precipitation tapers off Sunday evening.
And of course Monday will be a beautiful weather day for Connecticut, just like it was today. A Hazardous Weather Outlook is in effect for Southern Connecticut and there is a Coastal Flood Advisory for the coast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
"There is a low threat of property damage. Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Expect around 1 to 2 feet of inundation above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding," the National Weather Service states for areas along the immediate coast.

I don't watch football, but I bet there will be lots of TV's on games for Sunday. The weather may start dry for some but it's going to be pretty gross during the afternoon/evening! #WTNHweather pic.twitter.com/3J4Rxn8MGQ
