CT Weather: Thunderstorms, Rain And Fog All On The Way
The National Weather Service said CT may see thunderstorms and showers over the next few days. Here are the full details.
CONNECTICUT — There is a chance for rain showers Monday afternoon and there may be thunderstorms and fog tonight too.
More rain showers and thunderstorms are possible on Tuesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. More rain and thunderstorms are expected late Tuesday and yes, more rain showers and thunderstorms are forecast on Wednesday.
All told Connecticut may see an inch or more of rain from Monday night until Wednesday evening. Some areas will receive more depending on thunderstorms. The rain showers and thunderstorm chances will be sporadic on Monday night and Tuesday and the greatest chance for more consistent rain is on Wednesday.

Sunny skies don't fully return until Thursday and Friday. The weekend looks good as of now with sunshine and chilly temperatures. The high temperature on Friday will only be in the upper 50s and the weekend high temperatures only appear to be in the low 60s.

WTNH News 8 chief meteorologist Gil Simmons said the rain will be "spotty" Monday afternoon. More showers and a few thunderstorms and fog are expected Monday night and early Tuesday. And he said we can expect more rain on Wednesday.
