Earn your GED® with Free Classes with Shoreline Adult Education

We provide one-on-one coaching, career counseling, and flexible hours to all enrolled.

(Guilford, CT)- Shoreline Adult Education offers three program options for individuals interested in earning their high school diploma: the General Education Development (GED®), High School Credit Diploma (CDP), and the National External Diploma Program (NEDP). Classes are taught by CT State Department of Education certified professionals and are currently being held online. One-on-one coaching and career counseling are offered to all enrolled.

Who is Eligible to Enroll?

Participants must be 17 years of age or older and officially withdrawn from high school. Classes are free to residents of Branford, North Branford, Clinton, and Guilford. Individuals outside of the four-town region may register for a small non-refundable fee of $50 per semester/$75 per year if space in the program is available. There are a limited number of spaces available in our NEDP program through a federal grant for non-residents free of charge.

Information sessions will be held virtually in partnership with James Blackstone Memorial Library in Branford on November 17 at 11:00 AM and November 19 at 6:00 PM.
