* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 1118 AM EDT, trained weather spotters and National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated very heavy rain across the warned area. Rainfall of 3 to 4 inches has already occurred, and up to another inch is likely. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly if not already occurring.
