Good Streets, an Online Ordering Platform Launches in Guilford
The website features options to order a variety of products ranging from beauty and wellness to home services.

Nonprofit worker and longtime Guilford resident Leslie Krumholz launched the beta version of GoodStreets.org in February along with fellow resident Peter Olausson, the New Haven Register reports.
Residents were able to access the full site for the first time in September.
According to the paper, the aim of the website is to improve the local economy by providing an online platform where local businesses and the community can connect. On the website, customers can order takeout, access local deals and shop local.

Krumholz told the paper the website also provides a better reviewing system where business owners are able to respond and interact with customers.
So far 70 businesses have signed up to be on the website. Olausson told the paper the website is free for consumers and businesses can be listed for free till the end of the year. Starting in 2015, businesses will be charged $9.99 per month for the starter plan with a free 90-day trial period.

Other pricing plans for businesses will range from $29.99 to $99.99. Businesses will have the option of cancelling their membership at any point.
Good Streets is currently only in Guilford but is expanding to the Connecticut shoreline from New London to New Haven.
