Guilford Coach Dismissed After Secret Recording Surfaces: Report
Top school officials called the comments heard on the recording "inappropriate and unacceptable," according to WTNH News 8.

GUILFORD, CT — Assistant Guilford High School football coach Nick D'Angelo, who is also a Hamden Police officer, was let go from his coaching job after a secret recording caught him in a "profanity-laced rant," according to WTNH News 8's Mario Boone.
Guilford school administrators told Boone that "the coach who has been associated with that recording will not be working for Guilford schools in the future." Officials called the language "inappropriate and unacceptable," News 8 reports.
Officials say the recording was not made during this past football season and it didn't occur in front of Guilford students. D'Angelo told Boone he never consented to having the video recorded.
