The town has a vaccine clinic at the community center on Mondays.
First Selectman Matt Hoey said people will be able to schedule an appointment at CVS beginning Feb. 10. He noted that appointments will be booked 7 days out on a rolling schedule and s. Second dose appointments will be booked at the time of the initial appointment. The vaccine being administered is the Moderna vaccine.
Meanwhile, Guilford has had its weekly clinic up and running save for Monday due to the winter storm. He said those canceled appointments are rescheduled for next Monday. And, as CT Hospice in Branford has been administering vaccines, and a majority of the individuals slated to receive vaccines at our clinic next Monday have opted to get the vaccine at Hospice this week, there are slots opening up for Monday's clinic. Those slots are anticipated to be open in VAMS sometime after noon on Thursday. Registration must be done through VAMS at portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus or 211ct.org.
