Chazae D. Funchess, 30, of New Haven, was charged with criminal attempt third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit criminal attempt third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation and conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery.

April 16

Laurel Doyle, 32, of Guilford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

April 19

Steven T. Beski, 26, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Lora Ann Niro, 55, of Guilford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
