Devin Michael Zimmerman, 19, of Guilford, was charged with conspiracy to commit illegal distribution of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school.

Dec. 18

Giovanni Zimmitti, 52, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, second offense.

Dec. 19

Caitlin Erin Decesare, 27, of New Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
