Nicole M. Testa, 30, of New Haven, was charged with criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Feb. 12

Richard P. Secki, 54, of Branford, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
