Robert Nicholas Bylo III, 20, of Guilford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 22

Alexander Jacob Horvath, 26, of Nashua, NH, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 25

Olga Roklen, 69, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree assault and evading responsibility with physical injury.
