John P. Zevoteck, 36, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and use of drug paraphernalia.

March 23

Robert E. Bright, 27, of Guilford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Angelo Dominic Moscato, 21, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
