Frank A. Trowbridge, 47, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Lora Ann Niro, 55, of Fairfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
