Guilford Power Line Down, Detour Info Here

GUILFORD, CT — A power line on Nut Plains Road has come down, according to a social media post by the Guilford Police Department.

There was a loud bang, police say as the power lines said "that they have had enough of #quarantine."

Police said repairs are underway and should only take a few hours while Eversource works on them. "So #distancelearning and #zoommeetings will not be happening in this area," the post said.

For detours, use Goose Lane or LIttle Meadow Road.
