Guilford Residents Already Enrolled In Tax Relief Programs Don't Need To Re-Apply
New applications for any of the programs will still have to file no later than the required deadlines.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM THE GUILFORD ASSESSOR’S OFFICE REGARDING RE-FILING FOR TAX RELIEF PROGRAMS

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Governor Lamont just extended his Executive Orders for all current participants of the following programs:
State Homeowner’s (Circuit Breaker)

Town (Freeze)
Town Tax Deferral (GSTRP)
State Additional & Local Veteran, Blind & Disabled
Those who are scheduled to re-apply, shall be considered approved for this one year only WITHOUT THE NEED TO RE-APPLY, for the purposes of the October 1, 2020 Grand List.
Any New Applications for any of the Programs will still have to file no later than the required deadlines.
