Guilford Restaurant Inspections Released: Here's The Key Findings

GUILFORD, CT — Six food establishments, Shoreline Diner, The Brownstone House Family Restaurant, Som Siam Thai Restaurant, Ballou’s Restaurant and Wine Bar, Maritime Grille, and KC’s Restaurant Pub, all incurred minor violations and were re-inspected by health officials, the New Haven Register reports.

But in all of the cases, the violations, which were all very minor in nature, have been addressed, according to the report. Some of the violations found included issues with temps that food is stored at, issues with a hand-washing sink, hand-washing practice prior to putting gloves on, and certification issues.
