Shoreline Adult Ed to Host 'Intro to Ayurveda Cooking' Class
Join this virtual workshop on Tuesday, March 9
(GUILFORD, CT)- On Tuesday, March 9 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Shoreline Adult Education will host a virtual "Intro to Ayurveda Cooking" workshop. Learn foundations of the ancient practice of Ayurveda, believed to be one of the oldest forms of preventative medicine. Participants will cook delicious, healing meals and take home a packet of recipes to try on their own.
