Stolen Car Crashes Into Utility Pole, Road Closed In Guilford

Use Willow Rd to White Thorn as an alternative route. The road will be closed for at least 5 hrs.
So remember how we always say “lock your car” like an annoying broken record? That part where we say “take your keys”? Or that other line where we say “hide your stuff”?

Last night, shortly after midnight we had 2 vehicles, with keys in them, stolen from the Guilford Lakes area in addition to multiple unlocked vehicles entered.

The criminals that stole these cars consequently wrecked them on North Madison Rd, taking the pole down which has closed the road. The occupants fled the area, most likely taking another car before leaving. So while we sound like a broken record, an annoying mom making you do your chores, a cop that seems to just rant...
