Town Of Guilford Is Hiring For Several Good-Paying Jobs, Careers
There's a number of town gigs open right now including a needed administrative assistant, a kitchen worker, and public works posts.
GUILFORD, CT —The town is hiring for a number of good-paying jobs, some that could end up as careers. Most of these positions are hiring right now with application deadlines in the coming days and weeks.
One part time job is for an administrative assistant to the town’s counsel. It pays $18 an hour. Applicants have until May 19 to apply.
Another is a part time kitchen assistant post paying more than $14 an hour.

A full-time job for a public works “maintainer,” a union job for an equipment and vehicle operator who does skilled maintenance, repair, and construction tasks. The job starts at $20 an hour and goes up to nearly $23.
Another is a full-time post with benefits as a transfer station attendant. It pays $16.50 an hour.
