15 Trinity College Students Removed For Coronavirus Violations
The college has become the latest in the state to remove students for violating pandemic rules.
HARTFORD, CT — Trinity College has removed 15 students from campus following "significant" violations of the school's pandemic safety measures, according to The Middletown Press. The violations occurred during the weekend of Oct. 17.
One incident involved 14 students living on campus who visited a local bar. Another involved a violation of the COVID-19 guest policy.
In a letter to the school community, administrators wrote: "Both incidents occurred when the college was in alert level orange, and the behaviors demonstrated a disregard for the expectations set in our student community contract and COVID policies."
