FedEx To Hire 600 Workers In Hartford Area

The company announced that it is looking for workers to fill jobs in the region.

HARTFORD, CT — FedEx Ground will hire 600 employees in Hartford to meet demand for e-commerce services, according to a statement from the company. pen positions are available for package handlers to load and unload packages.

Many of these positions may become full-time jobs as the company continues to expand capacity in response to ongoing customer demand.

The company said in a statement that position benefits will include competitive wages with day, night and weekend shifts available; medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; holiday pay; paid parental leave; and employee discounts a range of services.
