HARTFORD, CT — Police had closed I-84 westbound between exits 44 and 45 in Hartford after shots were fired at Hartford detectives.
The suspects were taken into custody on the highway, Hartford Police tweeted. The suspects fired at police in the area of Hillside Avenue.
