Pilot Program is Helping Hartford get Back to Work
Capital Workforce Partners has been selected as one of six partners nationwide to help people find jobs in high growth fields.

Capital Workforce Partners (CWP) will share in a $6 million initiative called The Future of Work Grand Challenge which is partially funded by JPMorgan Chase and created through a groundbreaking collaboration between leading social impact organizations New Profit, JFF, XPRIZE, MIT Solve, and Jobcase
CWP will initially receive $136,000 to accelerate technologies and services that will connect displaced workers with new skills and employment opportunities in the Hartford area. However this is just the start. The program will expand to other Workforce Development Boards in CT over the next year and half.
Chosen for their records of innovation and effectiveness, each workforce board selected will receive tailored support and funding to pilot innovations to connect more than 25,000 COVID-impacted workers with new skills and employment opportunities.
