BREAKING: The warning has just been issued by the weather service for parts of Hartford and Tolland counties.
The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Southwestern Tolland County and Southern Hartford County.
The warning is until 3:45 p.m.
* At 240 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Plainville, or near Southington, moving east at 25 mph.
