Student Dropped At Wrong Bus Stop Told To Walk 30 Minutes
A bus driver told a student dropped at the incorrect stop to walk home, according to a report.
HARTFORD, CT — A parent of an 11-year-old student at Metropolitan Learning Center is speaking out after her daughter was dropped at the wrong bus stop and told to walk 30 minutes home, according to FOX 61. Cheyanne Evans said her daughter was told to board an incorrect bus by a teacher.
When the bus came to the last stop, the driver told her to get off at Norfolk Street and walk 30 minutes home.
The incident is under investigation and the driver has been taken off the bus route for now, according to FOX 61.
