Last week, black students at UConn were demanding action after the video surfaced. It depicts white students walking through a parking lot yelling "a racial epithet" to black students inside the Charter Oak apartment complex.
A third student was in the video but police said in a report that the third student was not involved in the racially insensitive behavior.

The investigation showed that the three students walked through the apartment complex after leaving a local business and played a game in which they yelled vulgar words, police said in reports. The video was recorded from someone inside an apartment, authorities said.
