UConn Women Add 3rd ACC Team To 2021-22 Schedule
Georgia Tech will be hosting UConn in a woman's hoop game next season.
STORRS, CT — The University of Connecticut women’s basketball team will travel to Atlanta on Dec. 9, to face Georgia Tech in McCamish Pavilion, UConn head coach Geno Auriemma said this week.
The game will serve as a homecoming for senior Olivia Nelson-Ododa, who is a native of Winder, Ga.
UConn is 2-0 all-time against Georgia Tech. The teams last met on Nov. 21, 2010. The Yellow Jackets are UConn’s third confirmed ACC opponent next season as the Huskies will also face Notre Dame and Louisville.

Georgia Tech notched a 17-9 overall record in 2020-21 and made its second NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearance.
