The complexes practically surround the Storrs campus.

STORRS, CT — Five student apartment complexes surrounding the University of Connecticut’s main campus has been sold as a cluster for $20.25 million, the facilitator, Chozick Realty Brokers, said on Tuesday.

The portfolio consists of 231 units with a mix of 95 one bedroom and 136 two bedroom apartments, Chozic's Tom Boyle said.

In 2012 Boyle and Rick Chozick brokered the sale of these properties to Storrs

Management LLC, the properties were "repositioned, units improved, rental rates substantially
increased and occupancy brought to 100 percent," Boyle said.
