Connecticut Celebrates St. Patrick's Day With a Grand Parade
People from throughout the state either marched in or watch the 42nd annual St. Patrick's Day parade on Saturday, March 9, in the state's capital. Patch reader Kathy Payne was there to capture the day in pictures.
