Julia Do of Storrs Mansfield wins again

A rising star pianist from Connecticut

Julia Do of Storrs Mansfield wins the first place again in the Little Mozarts Competition and is going to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City this coming May. Just before her 10th birthday she has collected 4 first place prizes and 1 second place prize in piano competitions across states and internationally, and performed at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center multiple times.

Do is a daughter of two UConn employees, and currently a student of Dr. Tatyana Dudochkin, a well-known distinguished pianist and teacher who chairs the Piano Ensemble program at New England Conservatory's Preparatory School, as well as a professor at MIT. Do goes to Goodwin elementary school in Storrs and attends the New England Conservatory in Boston.
