TOLLAND, CT — Keating Elizabeth Scott, 25, of Amesbury, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and following too closely, according to a report. She was involved in a crash at 4:04 p.m. on the westbound Exit 68 off-ramp on Interstate-84, according to a report.

STAFFORD, CT — Kelly Norris, 39, of Stafford, was arrested on four active warrants, according to a report. He bonds for the four active warrants were set at $75,000, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Wesley Warren Lank, 37, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, according to a report. The victims were listed as males, 21 and 24, in a report.

SOMERS, CT — Megan Emrick, 39, of Somers, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, according to a reort. The charges were related to a domestic incident, accordinbg to a report.
