Alfred Freeman, 59, of 265 Storrs Rd., was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Storrs Road and charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree reckless endangerment and threatening.

Jeffrey Michael Ranahan, 20, of 6 Rachaels Court, Middleborough, MA, was arrested by state police on Russet Lane and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and restricted turns.

State police responded to Storrs Road to investigate a larceny complaint. According to the complainant, his vehicle’s driver’s side window was forced open at Mansfield Hollow State Park and several items were taken from within. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop C at 860-896-3200

Elizabeth A. Burnett, 49, of 11 Anton Rd., was arrested by state police on Anton Road and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

David Eugene Raymond, 52, of 11 Anton Rd., was arrested by state police on Anton Road and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

DUI Arrest
Lydia J. Pepin, 18, of 270 Storrs Rd., was arrested by state police on Route 195 in Mansfield and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, failure to have tail lamps and possession of a controlled substance.

State police responded to Thornbush Road for a larceny complaint. According to the complainant, two Briggs & Stratton push lawn mowers were taken from the residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop C at 860-896-3200, ext. 8017.
