Larceny Arrest

Gloria Perez-Castro, 30, of 36 Ash St., Windham, was arrested by Connecticut State Police at Kohl’s Department Store in Mansfield and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

DUI Arrest

Gregg A. Marchand, 49, of 36 Echo Dr., Willimantic, was arrested by state police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with traveling at an unreasonable speed, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive upon right.

DUI Arrest

Adam Louis Desmarais, 27, of 22 Old Kent Rd., was arrested by state police on Old Kent Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, emergency vehicles failure to stop on right and failure to have tail lamps.

Christine Wheeler, 37, of 21 Woodard St., Worcester, MA, was arrested by state police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with traveling at an unreasonable speed and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
