DUI Arrest
Steven Craig Wolchesky, 46, of 70 Tolland Tpke., Willington, was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Route 32 in Mansfield and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.
