STAFFORD, CT — Michael Graham, 28, of East Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, according to a report.The charge stems from a disturbance on Furnace Avenue during which someone was shoved to the ground in front of a home, according to a warrant.

SOMERS, CT — Grace Lavalle, 20, of Tolland was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a blood alcohol content of .02 or greater when younger than 21, according to a report. A trooper pulled her over after she accelerated at a high rate of speed on Sunset Drive at 2:12 a.m., according to a report.
