DUI Arrest
Kyle Lessard, 21, of 258 Sandra Dr., East Hartford, was arrested by University of Connecticut Police on Glenbrook Road and charged with failure to drive right, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and a stop sign violation.
