Nov. 18
Nicholas Joseph Lueders, 24, of Needham, MA, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. According to University of Connecticut Police, Lueders climbed on top of a vehicle causing damage to the car. He was released on a $2,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Nov. 28.
