Auxiliary Golf Tournament Raises $50,000 to Benefit Hartford Health Care
The 33rd annual golf tournament held by the MidState Medical Center Auxiliary raised $50,000 for Hartford HealthCare Ayer Neuroscience.

MERIDEN, CT - From the desk of the MidState Medical Center: The MidState Medical Center Auxiliary raised $50,000 to benefit the Hartford HealthCare Ayer Neuroscience Institute at the 33rd Annual Golf Tournament at the Farms Country Club in Wallingford.
The Institute treats more patients than any other center in the region, with experts specializing in stroke, neuro-oncology, neuromuscular, neurosurgery and general neurology. A dedicated epilepsy center is also part of the Institute.
During the golf tournament’s June 13 reception, Dr. Mark Alberts, Physician-in-Chief of the Institute, expressed his gratitude to all those who supported the tournament and shared with guests details about the important services the Neuroscience Institute provides to the patients.

The MidState Auxiliary said it appreciates the generosity of all who contributed to this very important fundraiser and extended a special thank you to sponsors, especially the law firm of DanaherLagnese, PC for being the tournament’s Premier Sponsor. A special thanks was also extended to the volunteer Auxiliary golf committee for once again helping to organize the event.
