MERIDEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Meriden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 7, Isa Turkmen, of West Haven, purchased a 20X Cash 6th Edition ticket from Barry's Package Store in Meriden and won $20,000.
