Meriden Department Of Health And Human Services To Offer COVID-19 Vaccine For Ages 12-15
The Pfizer vaccine will be offered during the May 22 clinic at Maloney High School.

The Meriden Department of Health and Human Services, in partnership with Meriden Public Schools, will be offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, May 22, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at Maloney High School, 121 Gravel Street.

The Pfizer vaccine will be offered; any person age 12 and over is welcome to make an appointment. Those ages 12 to 17 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No ID or insurance is needed.
The second dose clinic will be held on Saturday, June 12.

Persons can save time by downloading, printing, and completing the registration form and health questionnaire at https://www.meridenct.gov/covid-19-information. Hard copies of the paperwork will be available at the clinic.
