New Meriden Business To Offer Ice Cream, Gaming
A new business will cater to kids with a combined ice cream parlor and video gaming space.
MERIDEN, CT — If you're looking for something for the kids to do, a new Meriden business might have just the right thing. Downtown Freezy Freezes Game Zone will have an ice cream parlor and gaming, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The space is expected to open Feb. 2 on the first floor of 55 W. Main St., the former home of Middlesex Community College. They will sell frozen yogurt, soft ice cream and smoothies with outdoor seating available in the summer months.
The gaming side will include a Beam Interactive game system and consoles for competitive gaming, with the expected later additions of other games and virtual reality. Read the full story in The Record-Journal.
