1 Injured In 1-Vehicle Crash In Naugatuck: Police
The crash led to the temporary closure of Prospect Street from late Saturday night to Sunday afternoon.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A 33-year-old Waterbury man suffered injuries not considered life-threatening Saturday night in a one-vehicle crash on Prospect Street in Naugatuck, according to authorities.
The crash, in which the vehicle smashed into a utility pole near the intersection Union City Road, resulted in the temporary closure of Prospect Street (Route 68) from late Saturday night to Sunday afternoon as crews repaired the damaged pole.
Naugatuck police are investigating the cause of the collision, and whether any additional enforcement action is warranted.
