10,000 Square-Foot Commercial Building Pitched In Naugatuck
The project is being opposed by neighbors.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A developer is once again trying to develop a 14-acre parcel at 0 Prospect St.
Magdi Bebawi and Onsi Tawadros of Waterbury are seeking approval from the Inland Wetlands Commission to build a 10,000-square-foot commercial building on the land, according to My Citizen's News.
The project is opposed by neighbors who expressed concerns about excavation and blasting, according to the report. The application remains pending. If approved, no details have been released concerning which tenant might occupy the space.
