15-Year-Old Girl Reported Missing In Naugatuck: Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for 15-year-old Naugatuck resident Elbiona Best, who was reported missing as of Friday, according to authorities.

Best is described as Black, with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. A description of what she was wearing when last seen was not available.
