Big Y Pharmacy offers the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine 2-dose series by appointment only in their Massachusetts pharmacies and clinics and Connecticut pharmacy locations.

In partnership with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, the grocery store is offering COVID-19 vaccines at no cost to shoppers.

At this time, Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is only approved for those age 18 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 scheduled for an appointment will be cancelled.
