Big Y Pharmacies offer COVID-19 Vaccines by appointment only for ages 18+ in all of our Connecticut and Massachusetts pharmacy locations.

In partnership with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, we are offering COVID-19 vaccines at no cost to shoppers.

At this time, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines are only approved for those age 18 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 scheduled for an appointment will be cancelled.
