Child Injests Marijuana Edibles: Naugatuck Police

Police said the accused is charged with risk of injury to a child.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck woman was released after posting $10,000 non-surety bail after being charged on a warrant last month, police said.

"The warrant was issued for an incident where ... (a) juvenile child ingested marijuana edibles," police said.

Amber Rene Luna, 32, of Rubber Avenue, is charged with risk of injury to a child and was given a court date of March 4.
